Pressed ham hock terrine with spiced pear chutney and toasted brioche 

Traditional prawn salad, Marie Rose sauce 

Smoked salmon, king prawns, horseradish cream, rocket, lime vinaigrette 

Baked goats’ cheese and caramelised onion tart with figs, walnuts, balsamic, and honey

Roast turkey, sage & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets & gravy 

Fillet of salmon, leek cream sauce
